Unfortunately I’m making this on behalf of the family and friends of Felicia Dawn Martin-Starrett better known as Fish. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She passed away unexpectedly and with unexpected loss comes unexpected expenses. She was loved by all who knew her, she was always there to offer a hand or a hug when needed. Family was everything to her, she had a way of bringing all of us together. She was the one who always stepped up and made sure things were taken care of, without her we are all feeling a great loss.
