On June 6th, Krista and Miguel experienced every parent’s worst nightmare — the sudden and tragic loss of their daughter, Felicia.

Felicia was a bright light in so many lives — full of energy, kindness, and promise. She was making solid plans for her future and preparing for an amazing life ahead. Felicia had big dreams and the drive to achieve them, and she carried a spirit that inspired everyone around her. Her life was taken far too soon, leaving behind heartbreak that words can’t fully express.

Krista and Miguel are now navigating unimaginable grief, along with the financial burdens that come with such a devastating loss — funeral costs, time away from work, and the support they will need in the difficult months ahead.
