Just as Amy's dream of having a family and living in  San Diego were coming to full fruition, a completely unexpected diagnosis is taking her dream away. This loving mom just found out that in less than a month her dreams will end. Overnight her plans changed from planning a memorable summer for her son and husband into learning how to say goodbye forever.  Amy is a fighter and has lived her life to the fullest, running marathons, finishing spartan races, spending time at the beach/bay paddle boarding but most of all she committed her time to being a devoted and loving Mother to Jax.

 Knowing her family will be taken care of financially, will help Amy let go in peace. Amy has spent her career helping kids and their families. Let's give Amy one last Mother's Day present to help her say goodbye forever.
