For those of you that know Corinne and her family, know how difficult this year has been and understand that creating this account would also be hard for them all. We all strive to be independent however there are moments in life that present much difficulty and for Corinne’s family, this is one of them. I began to realize that in order to really make change, we need a team, a true collective that can help in any possible way to make this circumstance a little easier to handle. For the last few years, the Henneberry’s have been faced with their Dad’s ALS diagnosis. It’s been about 3 years now and he’s been fighting it ever since. Over Thanksgiving back in November, Corinne and her family decided to travel together to their grandmothers in West Palm Beach, Fl. Corinne travelled alongside her Dad from the West Coast to Florida. They were blessed to be together however the travel, exhausted Jack & he has since been in a hospital down south. Corinne and her brothers Rob & Mike have rotated to see him over the last 7 months but the financial strain is catching up to them and the lack of his family around him is tough. Dealing with the emotional aspect of this circumstance is hard, but being away from loved ones because of finances makes it even harder. Jack would need to be transported by a medical plane with ventilator support and a supervised team of professionals on hand. His wishes are to go back home and be closer to his family and friends. Anything to help get Jack to a place where he’s most happy and comfortable is all they can ask for and is her family’s # 1 goal. Please share this to anyone that may know him, In the famous words of McCartney & Lennon, “We’ll get by with a little help from our friends.”
