**UPDATE!!**
**Hello everyone! Great news! Thanks to our amazing friends, our situation was brought to a county disaster-assistance program and we qualified! Thanks to that, we were able to receive help rebuilding our roof!!! THANK GOD! The rebuilding process has just started and we're not sure how long it'll take, as they'll have to completely remove the rest of the roof before adding the new one. The good news is this has SIGNIFICANTLY dropped our estimated rebuilding costs! So the bar has been dropped from 40K to MUCH less! In fact, I'm pretty sure we've officially got enough to cover all the damages and repay those who helped remove the tree. Theres still a lot to do, as we'll have to rebuild the porch ourselves, and the tree did a lot of damage to the supports of the house, so our floors have started to sink and lean a little bit, but we're confident we should be able to get all of that fixed with time. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! I can't believe it, its been such a ridiculous situation, and I have no idea where we would be without all of you amazing people! Thank you so much, you've really saved us.
God bless you all!

Hi, my name is Noah Holcomb and I'm asking for help to repair my parent's home.
Recently, a storm passed through our neighborhood and blew a large tree over, crashing right into the front of our house. The tree collapsed the front porch and roof, and tore a large gaping hole into the attic. This is the home my parents have lived in for the past 30 years and the house I grew up in. My great-great-grandfather homesteaded this land in the late 1800's and his son, my great-grandfather, built this house himself. The house is around 120 years old and means a lot to our family. Unfortunately, because the house was built so long ago, our insurance will not cover it. I also do not have the savings to rebuild it, my father is disabled and cannot work, and my mother works two jobs, 6 days a week as it is.
Please, my parents have no-where else to go, and no funds to move somewhere else. If you could find it in your heart to help us raise the money to rebuild, it would mean the absolute world to us! You'd be returning a beloved home to two amazing people who desperately need it. We love our home! Please help us fix it!
Thank you so much to George Mitchell and all the amazing people who have helped remove the tree, and been so kind in this difficult time. God bless you all.
