Hi there, I’m Sam from Feel Weird Studios, and in a world of the arts declining, I’m hoping you can help me and the team keep a safe space for creatives alive.

For the past 3 years Feel Weird Studios has been more than just a recording space, it’s been a creative home for grassroots artists, young people, and the Stretford community. From kids discovering music for the first time to local bands finding their sound, the studio has become a safe, inclusive space where creativity thrives and voices are heard. We have our incredible Through The Lens Film club with Lily for young filmmakers, providing a HUGE variety of amazing and unique workshops! Our podcast that champions amazing local talent and incredible characters and stories, as well as a range of coaching/mentoring success stories etc.

But due to the redevelopment of Stretford Mall, our beloved studio will soon have to move. While we’re excited for this next chapter, the costs of relocating are significant, and we need your help to make sure the doors of Feel Weird Studios stay open to everyone who needs them. Obviously moving any studio would be expensive, but we are not a chain, we don’t have any big investors or funding. It’s all second hand equipment and donations, and a LOT of hard work from amazing people. We’ve done everything we can to create something special and for the people not for the money. But sadly now we need money to keep it going, so we are hoping that our people can help out together.

Every donation, big or small, will go directly towards moving and rebuilding our space, ensuring that Sam and the team can continue to support grassroots musicians, local creatives, and the next generation of artists who make our community so special.

Stretford deserves a space where creativity, collaboration, and community can keep growing — and together, we can make sure that happens.
