Feeding Baby Lochlan/Medical Bills
Donation protected

Just want to start by saying that Janine O’Barr and Matt Adam would never do this for themselves. They are the most kind hearted and giving couple I know and would never ask for any help even during times when they could use it the most.
As you may know, Janine and Matt are first time, proud parents of a beautiful, 7 lb 4 oz, wavy hair, big hands, two legged little human they have dreamed about for years. Their world would be perfect except that their new precious baby Lochlan has been spending his first days of his life living in the NICU, suffering from Apnea, Jaundice and digestive problems which prevent him from holding down food. That means unimaginable, pain, fear and stress for Lochlan, Janine and Matt.
What you may not know is that Janine was laid off from work a week prior to Lochlan’s surprise arrival and was in the process of figuring out how to replace her health insurance when her water broke three weeks earlier than expected.
At this time hospital bills are the least of their worries as all they really want is for Lochlan to feed so he can get better.

So let’s help feed Lochlan so he can go home. I’m hoping that by donating anything we can, we might be able to help cover the cost of the special formula the doctors think might be able to get Lochlan’s digestion working as well assist Janine and Matt with medical bills and misc expenses they will encounter while making Lochlan better. Any drop in the bucket will help.
Doctors are still unsure as to what’s causing Lochlan’s inability to absorb nutrients from either mom’s milk or formula but are working on new theories that might help explain it the problem in order to help sweet baby Lochlan Radix Adam get better and make it home to his fury, four legged brothers, Angus and Zucca who are patiently waiting for his arrival.
“We need him to eat so that he can be taken off his IV. Babies veins aren't meant to have intravenous fluids for long periods and we're really pulling for my milk to work magic on him. He's been so amazingly strong and brave through all these tests and he's just the most precious boy. We just want to bring him home.” - Janine
