Let's change the world, one meal at a time!

Tax deductible
What if a meal could do more than feed a person? What if it could fuel a future?

For a lot of people, a meal is merely a meal. The power to learn as well as the stamina to work are vital for an individual who's faced with chronic hunger. It's the difference between surviving and creating the opportunity to flourish.

We're "Feeding Futures" - a group of students from the University of North Texas. As a part of our Civic Engagement program, we're not just learning how to change the world - we're taking action. We chose to partner with the Hunger Project, a nonprofit organization that does something very unique. They offer much more than food; they empower individuals, especially females, to take charge of ending hunger in their local communities for good. The Hunger Project tracks their work over the years and their data shows that they have decreased 45% in severe hunger, 16% increase in populations with basic drinking-water source, 22% increase in female youth in education and training, and 14% decrease in prevalence of child marriage. They are committed to continuously improve their programs for the benefit of the communities.

This is not about a handout. It's about a hand up.

We aim to raise $1,000. Your donations won't just offer temporary relief. It will be used towards community-driven, alternative solutions - like equipping individuals with leadership skills to build a village cooperative, teaching a family sustainable farming methods, or funding a workshop on nutrition and health.

Your donation is a resolution for human potential. You're not merely providing a meal; you're helping in the improvement of self-reliance, promoting leadership, and also ensuring a future where every person can become successful.

Change the world, one meal at a time - join us!
