Feeding Families in Guatemala

Dear Friends,

Because of the current pandemic, our summer medical mission trip to Guatemala has been postponed until next year. But, the families we support are in desperate need of our help. They already live in extreme poverty, and for many, their only source of income has been cut off.

* No transportation is allowed on the streets.
* Women who cleaned houses and washed clothes for a living are out of work.
* The government has instituted a 4:00pm curfew, which means farmers cannot tend their crops.
* If families cannot pay the monthly dues for public schooling, their children cannot continue to study online.

If you are able, please give to this campaign to help support those in need in Guatemala. The people there are literally have nothing. We will be wiring funds to the pastor of the local church in San Juan del Obispo to buy bulk provisions, including rice, beans and sugar, as well as other essential supplies. These will be divided up and given to numerous families, most with young children.
