FoodConnexx has been serving rural households since 2018 and has reached an unfortunate point in our viability.

Due to unfunded core operating costs, we must adjust our service model for March while urgently pursuing funding.

If sustainable funding is not secured by March 31, 2026 we will be required to cease operations.

Rising costs of food and utilities has brought more people to our door seeking food to meet a very basic need for their families. Along with rising costs, there has been decrease in funding opportunities. This has a significant strain on our FoodConnexx program.

We need your help to continue to provide this essential program to our communities and clients. We serve Foothills County.

FoodConnexx provided over 113,700 meals in 2025 to our clients. We rescued 292,466 pounds of food from local grocery stores, businesses and restaurants. Our team of staff and volunteers work weekly to provide nutritious food hampers to those who need a helping hand. Over 40 volunteers contributed 4024 hours of service for FoodConnexx.

We are at risk of having to reduce our program or suspend services if we are not able to raise the funds needed to operate FoodConnexx. We are seeing a steady increase in new clients needing our service and help. Money raised will go to support our current and future clients.
