The Iraqi population has taken to the streets to demand basic human rights. Unfortunately these peaceful protesters have been met with a violent response from the government. The government has failed them and it is now time for us to aid them.
Men and women have been camping out for over a month in Tahrir Square, our symbol of liberty. Sustenance is running low and we need your help to feed the protesters and fuel the revolution till our demands are met. The government forces have been using tear gas against the peaceful protestors, and Iraqi ingenuity has found that Pepsi relieves the pain from the gas. This fundraiser will help supply Pepsi and food/water to those that are demonstrating for Iraq’s future.
