Hello. My name is Heraclio Rivera.

I’m Venezuelan. I moved to the US in 2018, fleeing from persecution for my opinions on politics against the communist tyranny that got in power there.

I decided to move here because US is the only country founded with the principles of freedom which I share with all my heart and mind.

Since I moved here, I have been blessed by God with a beautiful wife and two beautiful daughters. I moved completely legally to this country, but my case is in a pending hearing on immigration court, for which I need an attorney to defend me. It is extremely important that I can be defended by a lawyer, because that is, according to statistics, the main factor to increase the possibility to get an approval. My case wwas going to be heard on April of this year, but was moved to January 2026.

These past years have been a tremendous blessing for my life. Living in the US has really changed my life. I had met incredible people, I had made fantastic friends and allowed me at the end begin a family and help others to grow personally and spiritually. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic and the current economic situation, has been extremely difficult for me to save all the money needed to afford the lawyer, and that’s why I’m here, asking for your help.

Everyone who knows me know too that I’m not a guy of too many words -except when someone brings politics or economics to discussion, but I would deeply appreciate your kindness and support to help me to win this case so I can be here and provide for my family while pursuing the American dream.
