Federal Police Officer Jason Matthews

This fundraiser is for Officer Jason Matthews, Department of Defense Police Officer. Jason recently lost his battle to liver disease. Jason was a great man, a devoted father and one of the best police officers I've ever had the privilege to serve with. Jason was selfless, caring, loving and just a great guy. Jason was a guy who would do anything for anyone and would give you the shirt off his back. Jason was selflessly devoted to serving his community and his family.

Jason spent several years as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer and previously served with Memphis, Tennessee Police Department. Jason is survived by his parents and his son.

Jason's impact on the departments he served with, his fellow officers and his community will never be forgotten and cannot be overstated.

As Jason's fellow officers, we will always be here for his family. We will bear any burden. As law enforcement, we are his family, now and forever.

This fundraiser is to help Jason's son with his future as he will be growing up without his father. All monies raised will be given to Jason's infant son for college and other expenses. Anything that you can contribute is extremely appreciated by Jason's fellow officers.
