11/17/25 Update... The Supreme Court ruled against humanity and they will forever be remembered by their unconstitutional bigotry. As will every bigot that voted for Trump because of their GREED (you know who you are)
Short term victory for the Anti-Transgender administration. The cases (Orr V. Trump and DuPeire V. Trump will proceed and be victorious!
The next step in their bigotry is to invalidate and endanger transgender Americans throughout the world.

Supreme Discrimination Deets:

Consequently, the State Department now only issues passports with an "M" or "F" marker, which must match the sex marker on previous documents or birth records, and will not honor requests for "X" or other gender markers that differ from biological sex at birth.

7/19/25 Update…. The passport gender correction request (male to female) was submitted in June.
Instead of granting (or rejecting) my request, my passport is being held hostage for 90 days.
Their letter had an ultimatum… join the Orr V. Trump class action by Oct 10th, and if not, they will send it back with the incorrect “M” designation.
My request to join the ACLUM (Orr v. Trump) class action lawsuit was submitted this week.
The letter to my congressman (also this week) declared my status “a political prisoner of the United States”.
While rare, US citizens can seek political asylum in other countries. However, political asylum is a double edge sword… You have to be in that country. If the government of the country for which you’re trying to flee, is holding your passport hostage, you can’t legally travel… catch 22
Jan 20th, 2025... Trump signed an anti-transgender executive order
Jan 21st, 2025... I applied for passport gender change, from X to F
Mar, 2025... received a new passport with a. note that read, "corrected to match at gender assigned at birth.
That unlawful order likely had Elon’s fingerprints ($)… his transgender daughter shared a few choice words about his bigotry.
June, 2025… ACLU class action lawsuit (8 trans people) was successful… They received relief, female passports, and there’s a chance that it will help others (landmark case).
With that in mind, a passport correction application, to “Female”, was submitted yesterday.
My supporting documents included a letter, copies of my California (female) drivers license, gender affirming surgery dates and details, and a reference to that class action lawsuit.
My expectation is to receive the female designation on my passport. Once successful, the lawsuit will change from suing Trump for relief to suing for damages.
