Funds For Sebastian

Saturday November 14, 2015, my great-nephew Sebastian passed away. Because no one expects to have to bury their child, my niece and her husband never bought life insurance for Sebastian. I am trying to raise funds for them.
From the beginning of his far too short two years on this earth, Sebastian was an extraordinary boy. Everyone he ever met was instantly captivated by him. He had a beautiful soul that would steal your heart instantly.
Unfortunately, at one month old, doctors discovered a hole in Sebastian's heart. A few months later he held his breath and passed out. From then on, he was in and out of hospitals his whole life. The breath holding spells continued to worsen, so at eighteen months of age he had open heart surgery to close the hole in his beautiful heart. Doctors said he would eventually outgrow his spells and they called it "behavioral" at this point. We all thought he was on the road to recovery, but the frequency of his spells increased.
On Wednesday November 11, 2015, while eating little bites of a muffin, Sebastian held his breath and choked on his muffin. His mom started CPR immediately, while waiting for paramedics. Then, paramedics continued CPR en-route to the hospital. Doctors continued life-saving measures in the hospital and after 30 minutes without a pulse, they got a heartbeat, but Sebastian never regained consciousness and his brain began to swell.
Sebastian was a fighter, from his first breath to his last. He fought hard to stay with us for three days, but this battle was too much for our sweet boy. His amazing doctors were able to keep him alive long enough, though, to donate his organs.
On Saturday November 14, 2015 at 11 p.m, Sebastian was taken off of life support and passed in the loving arms of his mother.
