Hello. My name is Tate. I am 17, Autistic, and suffer from chronic pain and mobility issues, along with a variety of mental health conditions including severe Anxiety, Depression, and a Dissociative Disorder.

I am raising money for a service dog to help me get through my daily life. I need this dog to be able to:

    •    Pick things up from the floor for me

    •    Provide Deep Pressure Therapy

    •    Pull my wheelchair when necessary

    •    Interrupt Dissociative Episodes

    •    Interrupt Panic Attacks

    •    and more

This dog would be life changing for me, as I’ve been really struggling for a long time. My world is very hard to navigate due to panic attacks and inability to get around in my wheelchair due to accessibility issues. This dog could make me more able to navigate the world, and could help me gain more independence.
