Brady Elbaum JROTC College Scholarship Fund

In honor and memory of Brady Elbaum, a scholarship fund will be awarded each year to a Junior ROTC graduating cadet. The Junior ROTC program was incredibly special to Brady. He matured while learning to respect and honor the responsibility of being a member of this program. He learned to treasure friendships, accept his place as a leader, achieve as a scholar, and love deeply.
