Mike McCrum was recently diagnosed with kidney cancer and will have surgery to remove that kidney on October 8 in Atlanta. As soon as he recovers from that surgery, he will need to have a heart procedure and pacemaker installed to address his newly found heart problems. Mike and Debbie are pressing in to God in this journey and trusting Him for healing.
Of course, this follows on the heels of Mike and Debbie losing their daughter Cherith very suddenly just five short months ago and they are still adjusting to this new normal in their life.
Not only can all of this take a toll on one's emotions, it can also cause a financial strain. This page has been set up to help Mike with medical expenses not covered by insurance so he and Debbie have one less burden to bear. Galatians 6:2 encourages us to "bear one another's burdens" and we can do that for Mike and Debbie now. Any amount is greatly appreciated!
