Bring Mark Home

Mark Barcklay II here, most of you know me, but for those who don't. I know this probably isn't the best of times to be asking for help, since the world is going threw a pandemic, but so am I. Let me tell you a bit about myself. My wife and I have been together since we were 16, I'm a father of 4, and recently a grandfather of two. I've held a job since the day I found out I was going to be a father, that was the age of seventeen. I've worked in the restaurant business, truck body equipment, when I turned 21 I moved onto plumbing by the time I was 28 I began working for myself, here I am 40 years of age, and have made a good name amongst my local neighborhood,  and various contractor's.  Onto why I'm asking for assistance. In the summer of 2018 I learned my kids were being terrorized by a local street gang, the police knew what was going on. My house was shot at, my kids were chased, cars were wrecked. The summer of 2019 we were planning on moving.... In March of 2019 thing came to a head, and I reacted... Now I find myself sitting in jail 16 months now awaiting trial. I come asking for help to pay for true legal assistance, as sac county is trying to railroad me.  I have no criminal record and they won't even give me bail, so I can work to hire proper legal counsel.  Thank you for reading and helping if possible.
