Hi I am Jessica I'm 28 yrs old a mother of 4 soon to be 5. I am a full-time RN and I wouldn't normally share something so invasive via the internet, however I have come to a desperate point. My husband of over 8 years filed a restraining order against me yesterday on 10/1/14. In this restraining order he has not only obtained custody of my four children, but also gained possession of the home, everthing in it, the vehicle that is paid off, forced my hand at keeping the new vehicle with high monthly payments yet forbidding me from selling it, he has requested spousal support, child support and in addition to those, another $350 a month from me for the house payment. He has stated that I need to be locked up on a 96 hour hold for mental instability, that I need counseling for being a "batterer" and that I should have to pay all his attorney fees and court costs. Also he has requested that this restraining order be continued for one year, I cannot go within 100 feet of four children. All of this was dismissed today in court, however my children are still in his custody. I will now be able to see my children and have custody of them every other week. However, I believe my children's well being is not my husbands concern. He lied under oath many times today without hesitation, he is out to destroy my life at whatever cost necessary. My children remain innocent bystanders and are being hurt by this. I have to have $2,500 by next Wednesday so that I have an attorney for court next Thursday. I ask that anyone able or willing to help in ANY way, please pray about it and consider helping. This is not for me, but the for the lives of my four children. I would appreciate. This is my desperate attempt at saving my children. My oldest daughter, 9 years old, will be carrying the burden of far too much under my husband's care. She is required to provide care to my younger children such as getting their clothes out, brushing their hair, etc. It is too big of a burden for her to care for three children plus herself at only 9 yrs old. I am truly afraid of what kind of effect this is going to have on all my children, and if I do not obtain legal representation by court next week, the custody agreement may become permanent.
