Our mother Cheryl Maxey was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Like many others across the United States, she was largely unprepared to deal with the massive expense of fighting the disease. 

Cheryl now has to undergo ongoing radiology treatments, reconstructive surgery, visits to the cardiologists and other physicians, and potentially chemotherapy. These bills rack up fast, and we are doing all we can to help her during her time of need. 

Cheryl has to begin her treatments immediately in order to ensure that the disease does not spread, leaving her and her loved ones in a difficult situation. 

The funds raised through this Gofundme campaign will go toward paying for her cancer treatments, related procedures, and extensive doctor visits.
