REWARD OFFERED: Jake was found in a ditch weighed down and covered so he could not escape or be seen. His abuse thought to have been long term. When he was discovered all of his bones were obvious and he could not stand. Happy Tails stepped in and took Jake to the vet for emergency treatment. Sadly he died on Sunday as a result of the long term abuse. A number of caring people want to see those responsible held accountable for this horrific abuse of an innocent animal. I started this go fund me account to pay a REWARD to anyone who will identify the abuser of this poor dog and report them to the Bristol VA police department. If the report results in an arrest we will give the reward $$ to the person who comes forward. I will keep this gofundme open for 60 days to give people a chance to see the reward offered and contact the Bristol VA police. If no one steps up after 60 days, I will donate the money to Happy Tails so they can continue their good works and ask them to confirm they recieved the funds.
