Hi my name is Ashley Ayon. As of April 19th I was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma. This has impacted my family and myself tremendously. As a preventive of spread, my doctors have decided to remove my thyroid. Im a single mother of 2 who pays completely everything off of one income, this has also impacted me financially. In order to get my surgery, I will have to pay upfront on the day of check in, which will be performed on May 12th. It’s money I do not have, not to mention the money I will not be getting due to being out of work for the rest of the month. I am such an independent person so asking for help is just out of this world for me, but there comes a time when you do what needs to be done and I NEED to do what I can to be healthy for my daughters.
