Hello my name is Kris Ramos. I’ve been a nurse for 18 years. I currently live in Nampa, ID. The truth is what you see online isn’t the truth. Yes I’m a very happy encouraging and funny soul. But through the trials and tribulations that have occurred over the past week. I was fired from a job I loved and was not told how I can improve where can I improve. I truthfully worked my butt off at this job I was salary and to cover shits without compensation. I took care of all my infection control job, and did the hiring firing and discipline for all staff I was in charge of the nurses and CNA schedule. And was on call almost every weekend. To get to the point they fired me with truly no reason. And this has put me so far behind on rent. It really does pour when it’s raining simultaneously my jeep does not work but can’t get it to start. I unfortunately don’t have a vehicle until this is repaired. I’m currently walking to work which I have no complaint about. But ve got a new job! But my first check won’t be in until the end of the month. I have no other recourses. My family and a across the country.
