Hello, my name is Fay Dimanche. I am looking for help in raising money for my service dog through a reputable breeder and service dog trainer. I have been diagnosed with dysautonomia along with several other comorbidities which has altered my independence and everyday life tremendously. Some of the symptoms have left me unable to work and dependent on a wheelchair. I was working my dream job in the human service field when my symptoms became unsafe for those I worked with and for myself. With a service dog, I will be able to regain some independence and safety.
