To the End and Back

Hello. My name is Joshua Wright. I have been active duty in the US Army for 17.5 years. During that time I have seen the toll that self sacrifice and service to others has taken on my brothers and sisters in arms. I myself have had to battle those personal demons of invisible wounds. On average, we lose 22 service members a day to suicide as they lose their battles with those very demons. That is why two of my brothers and I have decided to try and make a difference in these battles. We want to let all who have ever wore a uniform in defense of this great nation know that they are not alone. We will be riding our motorcycles from Yorktown, VA to San Clemente, CA and back to do that very thing. Our ride will take 22 days to represent the 22 lost each day, with stops along the way near various military installations. At each stop we will discussing our own personal battles and providing information on all the various free resources available to prevent these tragedies from continuing. We are humbly asking for donations for this cause. All donations received, minus the cost of the trip, will then be donated to StopSoldierSuicide.org. We are only asking that each willing individual donate $22. With that, all we need is 1,000 people to reach our goal $22,000. Please send this info to others.
