Many will know Fausto as Pastor and or Evangelist Fausto Pflucker. To Us He is a Loving and Extraordinary Husband, Father, Grandpa (Papa Papa), Brother, Uncle and Son! He gives a lot of love and happiness just by being in his presence and receiving a smile and or by giving one of his famous Fausto Hugs!

At 16 years of age, He came to California from Lima Peru. His plan was to become an engineer but God had other plans for his Life!

God gave him the opportunity to be a pioneer and founder of several Hispanic ministries in the Calvary Chapel movement back in 70’s.

He has always had a heart and passion for community whether that community was in California, Nationwide and Several Countries that He has served in for over 40 years!

On Tuesday July 26th he started feeling a sharp pain in the center of His abdominal area. After being rushed to the hospital by ambulance and several hours at the ER they finally omitted him to a hospital bed where he was being treated for what started as a possible gallbladder issue.

Our Papa had never been hospitalized before and this come upon us all suddenly and unexpectedly. He continued to be in unbearable pain that whole week while they ran tests to find the root of the problem. On Saturday, July 30th we got a call early morning that our Papa’s organs were failing and that through the night he was having trouble being able to breath!

He was admitted to Critical Care (SICU) on July 30th.

On August 3rd, Our Papa was diagnosed with Necrotizing Pancreatitis.

As a family, we have been receiving a-lot of prayer, love and support from loved ones and from the many lives that our Papa has touched. We are truly grateful for all the love received during this time.

Unfortunately, the private medical insurance that papa had been paying each month of $500 a month is only going to pay $5,000 of the total medical cost overall! Which approximately as of today has been 17 days hospitalized bringing Us to approximately a balance of $74,000 and it continues to climb. We have done our due diligence on applying for Medicare and Medical and have been denied.
