Fauna Forever-Nonprofit Conservation

My Mission:

My name is Joey, and I am raising funds to help in Fauna Forever's mission to build a world where nature conservation and sustainability thinking are cornerstones of a society's development and wellbeing, resulting in a healthy and prosperous Planet Earth for everyone. Fauna Forever's research, education, collaboration and conservation efforts are now spread over more than 70 locations across three of Peru’s regions: Madre de Dios, Cusco, and Puno. With offices in the cities of Cusco and Puerto Maldonado, they are well placed and eager to spread their ideas and contribute to efforts to understand and conserve wild nature while contributing to the improvement of local livelihoods. As a nonprofit, Fauna Forever needs your donation to advance its research, conservation, and sustainability programs. "Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. Why you should care:
You may be wondering why you should care about the rainforest and Fauna Forever's mission. 25% of your pharmaceuticals come from the Amazon rainforest yet only 1% of the forest has been tested. 80% of foods found around the world come from the Amazon. Without protection from human activities like climate change and habitat degradation, we will lose these resources for good. Conservation organizations like Fauna Forever help to maintain land use for natural areas to prosper.  With your donation of $1+, we can help promote conservation.
