My name is Chaz Mckenna and I'm a fat kid on a mission that I want you to join me on. I want to bring my style of crazy street food to both the Rogue Valley and the whole west coast. I want to combine my love of food with my passion for giving back to the local community and beyond. I've been working in restaurants for the past 8 years, and this truck has long been a goal and a dream of mine. This truck will be a vehicle for me to help out non-profits, charity organizations, and families in need.
One of my main focuses will be helping out families who are battling cancer. My mom passed away 5 years ago from brain cancer, and I know firsthand how much stress this disease puts on both the person battling the disease as well as their loved ones.
I want to do a monthly pop-up events in different cities, and donate all the profits to a different family or local organization each month. I truly believe that this is something that can start small and then grow into something truly amazing that can have an impact on changing the lives of so many people.
I've found a disaster relief vehicle that will make a perfect food truck, and now I need your help to get it on the road. The money you donate will be used for kitchen equipment, branding and merchandising to get the word out, outfitting the truck to make it possible to travel up and down the whole coast, and funds to throw the first pop-up event within a month of opening for business.

- For every donation of $500 or more, we will donate 100% of the profits from a day's sales to the charity, family in need, or organization of your choice.
