Father-Son Duo Facing Tough Times

I am a 53 year old father of an 8 year old son. My brakes went out in my vehicle and i suffered a concussion and fractures in my C3 and C4 vertebrae. I am completely unable to work to provide for my son and pay our bills and groceries. I now have no transportation, a growing # of medical bills and no ability to work for the next few months. I am in desperate need of help to provide what is needed for my son and myself while i recover and get back on my feet. Any help possible i am eternally greatful for. Please, and thank you. I have no one to fall back on for help, and my son needs me and our stability.
