Father Phillip Stark

After living in Cumberland, R.I. for the last 21 years, Fr. Stark will shortly be moving to, Lancaster, MA. in order to be closer to where he says Mass for the, Sisters of St. Benedict in , Harvard , MA.  Father will be celebrating his 50th anniversary of being ordained a Catholic priest this year and has been a good and faithful priest in all those years, helping countless souls along the way. He has been a good and faithful servant of God during those years but now is need of assistance from others. The cottage he will be moving into needs work so as to make it more livable for him. The following are projects that need to be done;

1. Remodel bathroom 
2. Repair and repaint entire insides
3. Install washer/dryer and connections on first floor
4. Complete remodel of kitchen
5. Buy carport ( There isn't a garage)
6. Misc. small projects

If we can raise enough money, his quality of life in his new place will be greatly improved. The owner of the property has been very generous to Father already but there is only so much he can do. We are appealing to all the friends of Fr. Stark, as well as to others to be generous in this endeavor. There is no doubt that God will not be outdone in generosity towards a priest who has dedicated his life to serving the spiritual needs of people  for almost 50 years.  As a thank you, Fr. Stark will offer one Mass each month over the next 12 months for all who contribute to this fundraiser.

Any money raised above and beyond the fundraising amount will be applied towards his monthly rent.
