Hi my name is Laron Merriner, biological son of John F Merriner.

 

My father unexpectedly passed away on New Years Eve in his sleep of carbon monoxide poisoning due to negligence of a property inspection. He was a great man who cared deeply about everybody in our family and was someone who kept us all together especially around the holidays.

 

When I got word that something may be wrong I left immediately to check on him and when I arrived saw nothing but police cars and ambulance lights. What hurts most is knowing my dad was alone in his final moments. I was told by coroners that arrangements are up to me, and I have nothing in line for my fathers funeral arrangements at this point.
