Father of three at risk for stroke

Update (6/19): The doctors are now telling us that he has narrowing of the artery in his brain, as the medication and physical therapy have made little to no improvement, and has to now undergo brain surgery to place a stint to keep the artery open.

My father, 65, recently suffered a TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack) and has lost some mobility on his right side. 

Following COVID-19, my parents were forced to shutter their business and take to Uber to subsidize their income. Only to have that disappear as well. 

The government is dragging their feet with the next round of stimulus, that may never come. My father can, effectively, no longer work. And my mother (also 65) is reaching her physical limitations as well. 

My siblings and I have done what we can but, as you can see, they have 2 children each of their own and I have been unable to find work in the interim. 

My father is currently on a regimen of Atorvastatin, Lostartum Potassium and Clopidogrel. Along with a carefully monitored diet.
