I'm a 36yo Father of 3 wonderful kids, ages 13M, 11F and 3M,I've been having a difficult time paying my bills and keeping enough food in my house to support my specific diet needs,and for the kids to have ample amount of the foods they will eat. I am limited to what I can do as my condition keeps me unable to work. Between the Renal Failure, Uncontrollable Hypertension and Depression I struggle daily to do basic tasks and even sleep has become a chore that my body avoids. I also have my sister and her 3 children living with me, and I am the one who provides food and cares for them as my sister works an hour+ away from the household, and she provides no assistance for food or drinks for anyone but herself.

I am currently waiting for a Kidney Transplant through Tampa General and have to see doctors on the regular basis. I have to rely on help to get gas just to make it to most appointments as I have a very limited income from SSDI. As I wait, I do daily dialysis treatments to keep my body going. I am hooked to a machine for 10 1/2- 11 hours a day.

On top of that, my only vehicle is my biggest cost factor as I had to have an engine put in it, the front end rebuilt, and now I have to have the a/c fixed as the Florida heat is too much for my body to handle. As well as I will need tires soon as the travel distances I endure. I've had to borrow a lot of money from family and friends just to cover the work it had to have.

Anything helps as I go through this journey, I do everything I can for the kids and their well being over my own. I thank everyone who has taken time to read what I am going through. I really appreciate your time.
