Our uncle, a 50-year-old father of 8, suddenly collapsed while working — the same work he’s done for years to support his children. He was rushed to Gargar Hospital in Hargeisa, where doctors confirmed that his heart is severely blocked. They say nearly 70% of his heart’s blood flow is restricted, and without surgery, his life is at serious risk.

This surgery is urgent — and it’s the only thing standing between him and a worsening condition.
