Support the Beesley Family After Loss of Father

Devon Beesley was a loving father, husband, son, brother, and friend. On January 2nd 2019, Devon received a life saving kidney transplant from an altruistic donor after suffering from kidney failure for over a year. His transplant was a major success and he shared another 3 wonderful years with his family.

 

 

 

On December 26th 2021, Devon was admitted to the hospital after developing severe symptoms from Covid-19. Because he was immunocompromised due to his transplant, his body was not strong enough to fight off Covid like most people can. After fighting for 19 days, Devon passed away peacefully with his wife, Paige, and brother, Tyler, by his side. As a family whose lives were impacted so positively from organ donation, Paige was so proud to hear that the doctors would donate what they could to others waiting for transplants. And that's exactly what Devon would have wanted.

 

Along with his wife, Devon leaves behind his 2 sons - Hunter, 8, and Colton, 5. Being a transplant recipient prevented Devon from having a life insurance policy and any financial help is so greatly appreciated. All money raised will be used for Devon's celebration of life service, payments toward his remaining medical bills, and supporting his family as Paige learns to navigate life as a single parent.
