Father and husband in need of surgery

Hi, my name is Jason Robinson. I am 45 year old married father of 2 outstanding young men. I have worked as a maintenance person for 19 years on one property at a certain point it turned into my extended family. Around 8 years ago or so I started having trouble with me back. I would go to the doctor and would be told it was sprained given pills and sent on my way. Apx 3 years ago the pain started to get more frequent, and worse. Last year a doctor took an xray and they found the issues. I have a slipped disc a fractured vertebra and a misaligned spine. Because I didn't file L&I I can't claim it now. I have since been demoted from my job sent to another property and lost almost 1/4 of my hourly pay. My wife is a teachers aide, shes the strongest bravest women (beside my mother) I've ever known, but doesnt make a lot of money. Neither of us has family to count on, my mother and her father passed away years ago and we are estranged from our other parents. I would like the funds for rent as I won't be paid during recovery. For up to 12 weeks. I hope I can be deserving of some help as I don't have anywhere else to turn. Thanks Jason Robinson
