Father and Husband in need of urgent help. My family and I are about to be served a 3 day notice to leave our home because I have earned money that a contractor is trying not to pay me for. He is also doing this to 2 subcontractors. There are at least 2 of the lenders that financed the work for homeowners that are going after him, but even with all of the evidence, it may take months to get anything from him. He owes me over $22,000. Desperate need of help. Nowhere else to go. Please help. Have to pay nearly $7000 by Monday, February 18th.
