Hi Guys,

We are four mates who met at University and after letting ourselves go after graduating well... three of us we decided to shift some Christmas timber and raise some money and awareness for a charity close to our hearts, MIND. We have decided to each run 100KM over the month of January and try and not snap our ankles in the process. 

I know Christmas spending probably got a bit out of hand but let's try and put the rest of those Christmas bonuses to a good cause. The charity that we have chosen is MIND it is a charity that supports and brings awareness to Mental health throughout all ages.

2020 has been a year of anxiety and uncertainty for a lot of people and we feel that now more than ever Charities like MIND need the money to support people struggling.
