We provide lifetime sanctuary or adoption to neglected/abused equine, livestock, and hospice dogs. Our rescued animals come from law enforcement seizures or volunteer surrenders. Our primary initiatives revolve around aiding abused and neglected equines and livestock, providing hospice care for dogs, and supporting community members facing various disabilities.
Since 2008, Linn County Animal Rescue has been operating as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Every donation we receive is dedicated solely to the care of our animals. Our operations are entirely volunteer-driven, and we do not receive any city, state, or federal funding—ensuring that every resource goes directly toward supporting our mission: “Speaking For Those Who Can’t”
