Our beloved friend and farmer, Jacob Coleman of Sweet Grass Dairy Farm, severed 80% of his finger in a bone-crushing accident while working on farm equipment.  Jacob was able to get to one of the best hand surgeons available who surgically reattached his finger.  As Jacob navigates the next few weeks of “single-handedly” keeping the farm operational, we are rallying together to cover his $5,000 medical deductible.

Jacob is the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation.  He is a loving and dedicated husband and father to six children.  His regenerative farming method has impacted so many people and has led those who are chronically ill to find health and healing.
