On Wednesday, January 15, Farit was involved in a car accident and taken to UW Hospital. He suffered a broken nose, multiple cuts and bruises, and a serious concussion.
If you have ever met Farit, you know he would give you the shirt off his back to help. Farit has done so much for our community, from raising money for Relay for Life, dressing up as Santa and delivering presents or putting on a hotdog costume just to make someone’s day. It is time we show him what this community can do for him. With medical expenses, Farit is considering postponing his education at UW-Whitewater to become a physical education teacher. As some of his closest friends, we are creating this GoFundMe in the hopes of taking a little stress off of him. We all appreciate what Farit has done for us and the community. We know that if we were in the same situation, he’d be doing the same thing!
