Farewell Liz Chikwanda

Our beloved Liz Chikwanda unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, March 5th, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Liz suffered a cardiac arrest at her home; she was 46 years old. To say we are shocked is an understatement.

 

Liz was so full of life and had this incredible energy and aura about her that she would light up any room. Liz was genuine and easygoing. She touched so many lives with her radiant smile and kind heart. Her untimely passing has devastated her family and friends.

 

Liz was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She was dedicated to her sixteen-year-old daughter, Juliana and seven-year-old son, Gordon. Juliana and Gordon were the delights of Liz’s life. Liz also had so much love for her family and friends. Those familiar with the Chikwanda’s in North Carolina know how close they are to their father and each other. The sudden demise of Liz has changed their world as they knew it.
