Otis “LEO” Hall Life celebration

Leo was a giving person.  He would give a person the shirt off his back.  Unfortunately, Leo passed away and had a very small insurance policy. This campaign is to raise funds for Otis “Leo” Hall home going.  All funds will be used for this endeavor.
