In Loving Memory of Our Dad, Fernando Hernandez

May 17, 1944 – June 22, 2025

Hi Everyone,

It breaks our hearts to share that our dad, Fernando Hernandez, passed away on June 22, 2025. He was 81 years old.

Our dad was born in Mexico City and was one of 17 siblings. He was the only one who left Mexico, coming to the U.S. alone to give his kids a better life. When our parents separated, he took all four of his children and raised us on his own, with a lot of help from the oldest sibling, Isis Hernandez.

He gave us everything he could. He worked hard his whole life until he retired, and even through his illness, he remained strong and independent. 

Now we’re just trying to give him the farewell he deserves. We’re asking for any help with funeral costs — anything helps. And if you can’t donate, please share.
