**This fundraiser is organized by Shawn Banks, a member of the anesthesiology department in Miami, FL. Dr. David Lubarsky is the retiring deparment chairman. Funds will be withdrawn by the organizer and used to sponsor facilities fees, catering, beverages for the faculty, staff, and trainees of the department at his Farewell Party. All excess funds will be donated to the Department of Anesthesiology Academic Enrichment Fund.
