Hi, my name is Annie and I’m hoping to raise £500 to pay the final balance of Farah’s university fees. I don’t personally know Farah.

I was lucky enough to travel to Jordan in December 2025. Bader, Farah’s father, was the driver and guide for me and my friend. Bader is a wonderful, kind and intelligent man and looked after myself and my friend with the greatest care and respect. We became friends and have stayed in touch.

Unfortunately, with the ongoing and escalating conflict in their neighbouring countries, Bader’s employers have now closed their doors and have been unable to pay their staff. Bader has 3 daughters and Farah is about to start her final semester at university. With Bader losing his job and not getting paid, he’s finding himself a bit short on the money needed to pay the fees. He’s cleared his savings and taken a small loan, but is still £500 short.

Bader has not asked for anything from me, but he told me about his situation and I would like to help him. He’s a proud and intelligent man and has got a new job in e-commerce that he’s starting next month, but the university payment is required before he gets paid.

I asked Bader’s permission before I created this fundraiser and here are a few words from him :

Farah is 24 yrs, living with her dad, she is an activist in helping urban women knowing recognise their rights and getting education to improve the future of their families.

Farah also supports the LGBTQ community to live without shame or fear, express themselves without hesitation. Farah is at Final year at a private university, taking Clinical psycology major.

Her accumulated GPA is 3.99/4, last semester her score in the 5 subjects were full mark.

She has Anorexia since 8 months, but fighting with her own will and dad’s support.

She's looking forward to obtain a scholarship in Europe for her excellent marks and being multi lingual, English, spanish and Arabic.

Farah is the kindest, warm hearted, highly intellectual and always there to give a hand to any individual in need of help, the sweetest Angel you would come to know.
