Fantasia and Patience: Post-Surgery Support

Hello! My name is Fantasia and I am asking for help to maintain my daughter's care. Her name is Patience and she is the strongest 4 year-old I know. I am so blessed to witness her strength everyday. Patience was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and the rare genetic disorder named Jacobsen Syndrome. She has had her third open heart surgery as of last Wednesday in New York City. I am her sole caretaker being a single mother and not being able to afford to live closer to family. Prior to her surgery, I had to leave my job and withdraw from school back in February to take care of her father who, unfortunately, is no longer around. I do not have the details as to when she will be discharged, but she is doing amazing! I have exhausted most of my support and resources making sure Patience is properly taken care in and out of the hospital. I will be truly grateful for any help provided.
