FanDove App Creation
Hello,
My name is Ella Belvin and I am a freshman music business major at Hofstra University. In our classes, we have been looking at how COVID-19 has affected artists and virtually wrecked the concert industry. I wanted to do something to help the artists I have loved so much, so I came up with an idea for an app.
FanDove is a space for musicians to get support from their most dedicated fans, while offering unique experiences and prizes. As a fan, you can monetarily support your favorite artist while also getting a chance to meet with them one-on-one, exclusive merchandise, early access to tickets, and so much more.
I am in the process of building the app, which as you would imagine, is not cheap. I am working with fellow students to create a great project, give experience, and keep the costs low, but there is still help that I need.
If you love music, especially smaller artists, please help me give them a platform to give them a new revenue stream. Any donation is welcome! Feel free to share with friends and family who would like to be a patron of the musical arts. Artists don't have to be starving, but they need dedicated fans to help them stay on their feet.
