"Daredevil: Retribution" is a fan film produced by Hitting the Moon Productions and follows the story of Matt Murdock (a blind lawyer by day; vigilante by night) and his best friend Foggy who take on the case of Diane Walters, who's brother was murdered at a protest by a government agent. This film tackles themes of government policing and poses the question of how long can people take oppression before they begin to take justice into their own hands... and when does that justice become vengeance.

Hitting the Moon productions is the feature film division of Static Studios, with 5 official short films and 2 feature length films under our belt, while being completely self-funded. One of our goals with "Daredevil: Retribution" is to take what we've learned over these last few years and take it to a higher level. That is where you guys come in. In order to pay for specific equipment, genuine hand-made costumes and props, locations, and to also feed our cast and crew, we need support. Every cent that is donated will go straight into making this film the best version it could possibly be.

Here are some of the things you get in return for donating:

We do want to make it clear though that this film will be made, no matter what. Making any type of project is extremely important to us, no matter what resources we have.

One last thing to make it extra clear, this is a fan film meaning we have absolutely no affiliation with Marvel or Disney, nor is anyone benefiting financially from the making of this project. Any and all proceeds will go directly into the making of this film.
